A scientist develops a serum which is supposed to regenerate his scarred millionaire boss but the bad guys decide to test it out on him first and give him the wrong dosage. He gets very hungry and whatever he eats, he becomes, sadly for him he is locked in a tunnel and all he can eat is a rat and a dog. He quickly develops into a rat-dog-man monster. Vince (Sizemore) and his clean up crew happen to be scavenging in the tunnels and fall foul of the monster in this enjoyably daft b-movie. The plot and script are pretty ridiculous; the acting is fairly hammy especially from the scarred millionaire and the make-up and gore are very cheap and yet this is fun and entertaining in a cheesy bad movie kind of way.
