God has rather unsurprisingly lost faith in man and decided to enact a reboot by sending the angels to kill us all off. Good old Michael disagrees and fights to protect a pregnant mother as a plague of possessed people flood towards a remote diner in the desert. The plot has problems but the cast is decent and there are some nice creepy moments. The old woman who turns up at the diner early on is awesome. There's a fair bit of action as Michael commands a rag tag band of survivors in the face of pretty hopeless odds. It's nicely shot with some great visual effects. Disengage your brain and sit back for 90 minutes of fun.
