Pathology is a dark horror thriller about a group of hotshot medical students on a pathology program who start competing with each other to commit the perfect murder, a murder that cannot be solved by their gang. There is a lot of gore and a lot of sex and sometimes the two are mixed but while this is gruesome it never really shocks or scares and the characters have no real depth to them. It is both sick and slick but sadly a promising start gives way to a typically predictable Hollywood finale.
