A fairly unpleasant bunch of trainee doctors spike a mentally disturbed janitor to try and prevent him from revealing their drug theft and partying. They manage to induce a coma instead and then they dump him outside the hospital and drive off. Catherine (Arielle Kebbel) is the one with the conscience and she decides to try and bring him back with some experimental treatment. She succeeds in triggering an out of body experience which enables the poor guy to possess people and enact a bloody and well deserved revenge. This is daft and very predictable and the British cast struggle to maintain the illusion that the whole thing is taking place across the pond. It does feature a couple of inventive gory murders and it's an ambitious idea but it doesn't quite come off.

Gore - there's a smattering of gore and it is well handled
