Severance is about a British defence company called Palisade who take their sales team on an office outing to a remote cabin in Eastern Europe. What was meant to be a team building exercise soon goes violently wrong in this enjoyable horror comedy. This is a great mix of gory murder, tension and hilarity featuring a well chosen cast. As the team realise someone is hunting them and the creepy back story comes out they resolve to survive by any means necessary. There´s a touch of satire about the film but the main attraction is the slapstick gore and despite some gruesome scenes this is more comedy than horror.
