A series of apparently random murders leave a small town reeling. The sheriff has little to go on but is quick to suspect the local college because of past transgressions. Sure enough the psychology department are engaging in some extremely questionable drug trials with teens. This is an old school slasher but thanks to a decent cast and some good direction it's pretty enjoyable. It is cheap and there are some ropy moments but surprisingly there are a couple of genuinely creepy murder scenes as well. The pacing is good and it builds towards a satisfying and unexpected conclusion. This early eighties slasher is worth checking out.
