This is another tired release in the Final Destination series, you can tell it's a high number because they just called it "The Final Destination" (actually it's part 4 and part 5 is already out). You know the premise, there's an accident, someone has a premonition and avoids it, death hunts down the survivors and kills them in unlikely ways. This time it's a big accident at a speedway event. It's another 3D film so it's jam-packed with terrible CG and constantly looking for ways to fire something out of the screen at you. The acting, plot, and dialogue completely suck. Sadly the death scenes aren't great either - repeats of earlier outings, no real suspense and a lack of decent shocks. It rips along at pace and packs in a lot of deaths for 82 minutes but there's little to recommend here.
