The Gravedancers

Three long time friends meet up at a funeral and get very drunk, they end up going back to the cemetery at night and following the advice they find on a mysterious card dance on some graves. This releases the vengeful spirits of an axe murderer, a child arsonist and a sadistic rapist who come after them relentlessly. As the hauntings increase in ferocity they enlist the help of a couple of paranormal investigators. This is fairly light weight but nicely shot with high production values and featuring some spooky ghosts, each one sporting a rictus grin. The cast and acting aren't the best but the pacing is good and there are a few scares and some suspenseful moments along the way. Apart from a terribly cheesy finale this is an entertaining waste of 95 minutes.
