When a teen in a youth offender unit commits suicide after some awful bullying the remaining inmates are taken to a remote island and forced to work together in an attempt at rehabilitation. They are not alone, there´s a killer on the loose with a hungry pack of dogs and he hunts them down one by one. This is well directed, features a pretty decent cast and it is gritty and realistic in tone. There´s a fair bit of gore as the unsympathetic characters are despatched and it develops into a gruesome survival horror. It´s far from original, it takes a while to get going and the end twist is very predictable but there´s enough here to entertain fans of the genre.
