This attempted reboot of the Halloween franchise was a total failure. Scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis returned for long enough to get killed (something which was ignored in the later Halloween H20) and the writers decided to borrow heavily from Scream. The premise is a horror themed TV show where they film at the Myers house on Halloween and a bunch of teens run around getting scared by Busta Rhymes in a Michael Myers mask. Predictably enough the real Myers turns up and throws a spanner in the works or a knife in the guts at any rate. This is a by the numbers slasher flick lacking in any originality and it really is boring stuff.
