Jess (Melissa George) is a tired single mother off for an afternoon of sailing, a well earned break from her autistic son. The group run into some serious weather and with the yacht capsized they manage to hitch a lift on a mysterious old ocean liner. The trouble is it seems to be abandoned and events soon take a nasty and violent turn for the worse. This is a tense thriller directed by Christopher Smith (Creep, Severance) and he does a fine job creating a chilling atmosphere. The setting is great, the cast is good and the plot is packed with twists and turns. This is a fairly clever psychological horror which is far from straightforward and as events suck you in there is a growing sensation of dread.
